In a world where data breaches make headlines daily, we asked ourselves a simple question:
Why do we keep using authentication systems that clearly don’t work?

Our Vision

Security shouldn’t depend on carrying devices, remembering complex passwords, or sharing personal information. We believe authentication should be as natural as recognizing a friend’s face – simple, secure, and completely personal.

Our Story

Back in 2005, we noticed something troubling: every authentication system required users to give up something valuable – a phone number, a fingerprint, or a device. These “secrets” could all be stolen or compromised.

We set out to create something different. Something that would stay only in the user’s mind, never needing to be written down, stored, or shared. The result is Shayype – the first real advancement in authentication technology in decades.

Today, Shayype offers the convenience of passwords with the strength of two-factor authentication, but without the usual compromises. No devices to carry. No codes to wait for. Just a simple, secure way to prove you are you.
